    From Exposed`s whinings , all i could understand is this :

    - his parents couldn`t gave him a proper education , and he is now a spoiled little brat with no spine .
    - he voted on two accounts
    - he donated $$ to server GM for ingame favours and items , which is totally against the server rules , and basically stole from Carl . Proof here :
