Extendable weapons, crafted or any?

Hello, I would like to know if we can have any extendable weapon level 65 in this server.
I know we should be able to morph the <Deformed Catalium Polearm> (I already found and got the morph.
I have 3 of the needed materials, but I can't find:
<Catalium Rod>
<Weapon Fragment of Magic Power>
<Fierce Battle Powder>

Can someone please tell me if those materials are obtainable and from where, or if not is there another way to get an extendable 65 spear that I can merge with pvp one?

Ok as people game me more information, here it is:
Yes The extendable weapons 65 are craftable.
The Rod is crafted(master craft), the main materials are drops from level 65 instances.
The secondary materials drop in level 65 zones.

On a side note,rift to Idian Depths (Katalium underground) pops in Akaron

 

1- "catalium rod" find through special event , hard to find in this SV . Another choice : carft "maleable rod " for updrage extend dragon lord weapon but you need protype for enchant to mystical extend weapon
2- weapon fragment find in dungeon like Lost rentus base , Sauron , JORM .....
3 - find in dungeon JORM thorugh beldku treasury chest ( last boss )

 

you can craft catalium rod tho but you need to farm for like a month for mats (exagg)
