Extendables to newcomers

From what i heard they dropped easier in the beginning of the server so everyone got it, but now the rates are EXTREMELY LOW even for vips you do adma 3 times to get 1 item and isn't even what you wan't, for bakarma is even worse to elyos gladiators and we depend on rifts and people that wan't to help.
So you end up doing it multiple times and not getting anything and the gap only gets bigger making it unplayeble for new players, i would like a increase in drop to at least 10% drop rate base in order to actually have a chance of getting it and not depend of absurd luck when almost everyone in the begining of the server insta dropped first run.
