Extraction of caphras stone

Hi guys,

Today I tried to remove the Caphras stones from an old armor that I no longer use. Dim armor and Griffin helmet (tier 9).

It costs around 700 million and 600 million each rounding up. I therefore planned 1.5 billion to withdraw this and... Once I did it at the NPC Granbill (Delphe Castle) my money disappeared but I remain with the bearings of my armors and no caphras stone was returned to me.

Is this normal? Is this quite normal? Or the noob that I am has not understood anything yet?

Hello there, sorry for the late reply, but I've been busy living life.

While I haven't done this yet, I could imagine the items ending up in the "BlackSpirit Vault"? Have you checked you mailbox, and the BS-Vault?
