Factions Question

Is it possible to have both Elyos and Asmodian characters on the same account?

the message you recieve that says you should only have one faction is for retail

Hmm i thought that was causing a problem with my asmos scout... Any idea why I can't talk to Munin?

 

sometimes the quest is bugged
try deleting that character and making a new one
if you still cant talk to him then its probobly bugged on your whole account
maybe try repairing your client or reinstal the gamez launcher
if it still doesnt work try making a new account and see if it works
if it does then thats the only option you have unless you want to wait for the bugged quest to be fixed which may take a while and suspend yourself from making any new characters
