Failed to connect

after i got DISCONNECTED and try logging in again why it is always "failed to connect to the server'' is the server down or w/e? I tried logging in for 3 times still fail, q.q does the RTL(ping reducer) is the issue here?
anybody answer my question pls i need help.. thanks in advance.

 

Some ping reducers require you to click on "Reconnect" on their window before you can log in again. Meaning, if you get DC, your ping reducer DCs as well. You have to 'refresh' the connection on your reducer before logging in again.

You should also try logging w/o it. See if that works.

 

Some require you to shut down the game completely or the reconnect won't have any effect *cough*battleping*cough* >.>

@OP if the server was down, you would see people complaining in the official server reboot thread which would be floating in the most recent threads box. Try close the game and your ping reducer and login without it. You can get this issue if the ping reducer server crashes etc. If it works without ping reducer, you can try again with a different reducing server. For RTL you can choose one on their website.
