    I understand your frustration but no news yet on failed to connect issues. The problem has already been forwarded to the devs, all we can do is wait for a fix which hopefully will be soon.

    Okay, why would you say such thing when I already said the problem has already been forwarded to the devs? Again, I understand your frustration but it takes time to resolve network issues.

    I think the devs are really fixing this matter. But now im stuck at now connecting :D

    Updated Black Desert Online, Updated GamezBD Launcher. But still Failed to Connect :(

    gonna bump this problem again , please Devs or Admin really want to play this game but still cant play .

    (any fix yet? . . . im having this kind of issue i did the same as above members ... already contact @DivineEpiphany and follow his guide http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/advanced-install-and-troubleshooting.206362/#post-2067494 . . . im able to connect from Official server , i excluded the folder, off the firewall, add app to firewall, uninstall and install launcher download again 50GB of file ... im pretty sure i'll follows Epi's guide coz ill try it a couple of times to make sure that i don't miss anything, I know Epi's guide is very helpful but it doesn't work for me and im shy to contact him again regarding this issue...- Family Name: BatangHenyO / Last Log Char IGN: JinSeoYeon thanks alot and I miss playing GamezBD for 4 days try to resolve the issue on my own ...)

    MY ISSUE BEEN SOLVED:

    What did guys was my last resort "System Restore" good thing that i casually create a restore point, I restored it before the "failed to connect issue" happen and hoping it will connect to the server walla the gamezBD connected, I don't know what trigger the problem but i hope some of you guys would help to solve this issue
    .

    not all of us do/create what so called "casually create a restore point" and failed to connect occur in the different time/day to different user each. i tried to do almost everything at the troubleshooting post but still unluckily lolz #RIP

    do you know the game server's IP? so i could call my ISP and have them check if theres something on it.
