Failed to connect

    Hi,
    I had install the game the way the instruction does.
    turn off my Trend Micro antivirus before installing and while playing
    turn off firewall
    change dns server
    re-update the game and reinstall the launcher.
    it goes in to the game and upon loading screen when we tried to choose between server.
    it pops up ' Failed to connect '
    Hope i have a fix with this. thanks
