Failed to connect

same problem, i also tried with 2 different vpn but not working!

Guys I found fix. Ez solution is 2 go sleep 4 the night (or nap if day time) and hope 4 it to be fixed. =p

hope this gets resolved. I just got back today since I played last year. I just downloaded played a bit then logged out and when I log back this happens. sigh

 

Same problem here. Was fine before they took the server down for updates... Get home, attempt to log in and... stuck at Now Processing. Yay...

 

K so update, I logged out of launcher, signed in and launched the game, was able to get past up until I click ch1. Then the game closed on me. ._.

TAIWAN can't login in too.

 

Not only am I having the same problem, but the game is now launching in windowed mode with maxed out audio.

Man I’m going to be SO happy if all of my settings were reset along with my ui

 

U can try volume mixer to reduce the vol by right-clicking audio button and clicking 'open volum mixer'. Or thru settings on the first window.

Also, not sure if this has the ui settings in it, but I always backup my /Documents/GamesBD folder since the game likes deleting everything in the folder for some odd reason.

 

Same problem.
I've tried:
- Restarting my PC
- Restarting my router/modem
- changed DNS to 8.8.4.4/8.8.8.8

Nothing worked. Some of my friends who have the problem too say just keep logging in and out until you get past it. I'm trying force checking the files and I'll let you know how that goes

UPDATE: Force checking files didn't work too T_T.

I managed to log in on a character. What worked for me was restarting the launcher and starting the game multiple times. It did crash on different steps, but eventually, I managed to get in the game Hope it helps for others too. Oh, and don't think about alt+tabbing during loading screens. Seems to crash too. Gl everyone

 

I got in too. it just worked :\

 

I just got a failed to connect now.
