Failed to init security error

When ever I try to launch the game it comes up with the error pictured below. I have set exceptions for BDO and game zdisabled the antivirus and restarted none of these worked. If someone could help that would be great.

 

Your image seems to be broken, but since you already tried setting exceptions give this a try.

after that, uncheck everything but the C++ Runtimes and install them, then restart computer and try playing.

 

I am trying that hopefully it will work. Will it affect it if everything is checked?
