Failed To Init Security - Tried Everything

    Set Exceptions windows defender , firewall. I dont use any antivirus only windows defender.
    Installed aio-runtimes_v2.4.6 nothing.
    Tried renaming the version.dat nothing.
    Tried deleting from registry the xhunter, I don't have a xhunter folder.
    and many other things..

    Any help ?

    When installing the runtimes package, make sure to restart your computer before doing anything else at all. This makes your computer save the new settings. Not saving first will make it ineffective.
