Failed to init security

I already did what was suggested on the thread "GamezBDO Errors and Solutions" but that error still keeps on showing up.
After i put gamezbdo and blackdesert64 on the exceptions this error popped up "MSVCP120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f". I even reinstalled all the vc_redist files and it still shows up.
Also whenever i force check it the updating files just goes to 20% then after that its done and it says status:ready

 

I also have this problem redid the Vc_Redist and everything and it still pops up with the MSVCP120.dll error. Anyone know a fix to this?

 

i have eset security and i cant even add folder exceptions, only executable exceptions. and i already added all the exe i could find inside the launcher folder and inside the installation folder to no avail.
so i tried turning off the firewall and the antivirus temporarily but the error keeps popping up, i did a filecheck and it came up allgood.

what the fuck ?

 

I ady got it fixed i just followed the first instruction on the same thread but now after the gamezbd text shows up it just goes into a black screen with pegi16 at the top right with 2 other boxes help please?

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
