Failed to init security

I've tried all the solutions on the errors and solutions page but none of them worked?

set gamezbd laucnher (entire folder) as an exemptoin in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender, even if disabled. If that does not work: http://gamezbd.net/launcher/GamezBDO.exe ifthat does not work, https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/ and make sure to reboot the pc after installing and before opening the game.

 

Thanks a lot , I didn't restart after installing when I did it. ^^;
