Failed to init security

    I cant open the game, all time says "Failed to init security"

    I have this problem since 7 days. I try to uninstall and install again, I do some force check I have .NET Framework 4.6.1 ...but didnt wortk Ive tried all the options Ive seen in the forums but nothing work. I have tried to reinstall my windos! But again didnt work...

    Plis help me, i dont know what else to do
