failed to init security

So after somehow solving the problem witth the game path, now i have a new problem...
After i press start i get the message "failed to init security" and the client in minimizing and after a while i get a new message saying that the app can't find the running client even tho the client is in the hotbar minimizied.

1. Yes i did add gamezBDO and BDO to the firewall exceptions and i don't have any antivirus.
2. Yes i made a copy of the BDO folder which i renamed GamezBDO and renamed version.dat to config.filecheck and the launcher did check files and installed and new version,dat but still have the problem.
3. Yes i installed the all in one runtime.

Anyone has any idea what i can do?

I said at 3 i already did that xd

 

If you download and install the runtimes, and do NOT reboot your pc before starting the game again, it will not work

 

i did reboot the pc as soon as i installed them
