    I have the same problem, i did all the steps in that thread and i still get that error. Any other solution to that please?

    That's pretty much everything. Turn off real-time protection and try again, although I don't think it will do something, but worth trying.

    Ok, I just had to do a factory reset of windows 10 meaning its like a fresh install but i had backup of all gamezbd files + all c++ run times.
    Still having this issue, weird.
    I'll try downloading fresh all the runtimes, do one more force check and turning off the built in windows defender AV and firewall and see what happens.

    It's a compatibillity problem with your antivirus software (most of the time), i opened another thread in "Launcher fail", you just have to switch your antivirus to another one (most of the problems comes with Avira antivirus)
