Resolved Failed to init security

Tried everything
-setting exceptions
-disabling windows defender and firewall(I don't use any kind of anty-virus nor programs that may collide with this)
-creating copy of bdo renaming folder and enaming version.dat to config.filecheck(after force check nothing happens-just clear ready to start)
-downloading all in one runtimes(even tried to reinstall all of c++)
-even tried to redownload whole bdo with gamezbd patches
Plz someone help benn trying to solve this for few days now.It maight be worth mentioning that i have played on gamezbd earlier and didn't had that problem(i think that after remastered update it stoped working for me)

well,it's been 3 days now,can i get even a response "we don't know how to help you"?waiting for help but i guess it will not come.I also PMed Kolka but all he said(after 3 days of waiting) is to download runtimes(which i said i downloaded-guess he didn't even read full msg)

 

Check windows updates, it not have any?

 

This worked for me on a laptop, windows 10: download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4, x64 and x86

 

Thread can be closed.Solved by formating system and forcing into update with command prompt-guess it was something deeply in system.Thank everyone for help
