Failed to initialize the game

    I downgraded Aion, I downloaded the Item.pak I've done everything as done.

    Im starting the launcher i get a screen
    with NCSoft

    Then it turns black and pop up the screen again, after 10 seconds it close automaticlly and says

    Failed to initialize the game.

    Please anyone help me
