Failed to inizalise the game

    I downloaded the NCSoft North American Aion
    changed the original files with the Gamez files
    checked NA Region
    repaired Aion and changed files again..

    but still got this "Failed to inizialise the game" if i try to start gamez aion.

    Is there anything i can do?
