    The above method is largely for windows 8, you already have the prerequisites.

    still can not :( though I already uninstall Visual C 2015 ( x64 ) and then install net.framework 4.6 and install Visual C 2015 ( x64 ) again :( but if service pack 1 installed I really like in the picture ? I am a user of Windows 7 64 bit
