Failed to int security

So here's the problem my brother just downloaded the game on his laptop keep in mind he's never downloaded bdo before not even live launcher not sure if that can be the problem but yeah if anyone could help me, I would be very grateful

 

2. Failed to init security

• Set exceptions for Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender.
• Create a copy of official BDO folder, rename the folder to GamezBDO and point gamezbd launcher to that. Rename version.dat to config.filecheck - it forces complete file check for corruption and requires the files that are corrupted.
• Download All in one Runtimes.

Try these one by one first depending on your situation.
