    Fairy cant upgrade Tier.​
    Bug Description:
    I want to upgrade my Fairy lvl 30 Tier 3 to Tier 4, so i buy Ornettes Dark Honey Winex25 from Pearl Shop, do the Sprouting thing whit 100% chance and the animation was endless, then i close the sub window and as u can see on the image, my Fairy is lvl 30 tier 3 (anything changed) and i receive a msg window like u see below.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
