Fairy Quest Not Working

I've gotten into GameZBD recently and have been trying to attain my fairy. However, it won't let me take my quest for my fairy when I have already met the requirements to take it.

I can vouch something ain't right here. I had the quest already from before I took a haitus like 7-8months ago. It would not let me progress past the 2nd quest so I had to forfeit it but when I tried to retake it, it wouldn't let me.

 

Yeah not 100% sure, but it seems that you have completed a small questline, instead of doing the main-questline that is required: https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/6802/1/

"Boss - Witch Hunting" and not the one in your completed quests window: "The Witch of Horrors".
You see the small questline you have completed is about the missing hunter near Behr, and it is quite easily solved, while the main-questline is about 150 quests long (or used to be), before you get to the Witch-Boss, which is the end of the original main-questline. So you will have to do the entire main-questline, which is funny enough what the Black Desert Online game is really about

 

After the revamp that PA made to the main quest line, the requirements to get a fairy changed.
Yes, you do have to kill the witch, however, now you have to go a lil bit further in order to the Black Spirit give to you the fairy quest.
First you have to finish this category of quests called "The Disappearance of Nella" and then the next one, called "The Qualities of a God" (https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/21111/11/).
Somewhere between all this, you gonna see a big image poping up on your screen saying that you ended the Calpheon's History.
Now you just have to call Black Spirit and accept the quest called "Fairy Queen Theiah" (https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/6802/1/).
