He is using spaces to get his text to the second line but if you expand your chat window horizontally <-> you will see the truth
I wish the Admins checked their IPs/Accounts logged with their IPs and banned them all.. we have lots of them unfortunately.

As Nyusagi said, the staff members will Never ask for your password. The admins(Carl, Alente, Lautaro) can see everyone's password and they do not allow the other staff members to see any password. Imagine a staff member writing down everyone's password then quitting from the staff What happens in that case?

And even if one day some of them goes crazy and feels like abusing and asks your password, you still don't give it. If he bans you, you report him and you get unbanned -> he gets banned. He can only block you from entering, he cannot delete your Account so you will have no issue. Also, everything is stored in the character logs and can be restored. (If he would disenchant for example your items to scare you)
You never give your password, no matter what.
