Fallen Lord Armor only gives 1 failstack on failure​

Bug Description:

Currently, at any step of enhancement, Fallen Lord Armor only gives you 1 failstack per failure regardless of what step you're on. It's supposed to give you 2 stacks for failing the first step, 3 stacks for second, 4 stacks for the third, 5 stacks for the fourth, and 6 for the final step.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Here's a clip showing enhancement of Fallen Lord armor starting from the final step. This is taken from the global lab. I fail all the way down to base enhancement, showing you what you get for failure at each step. ​
