Family Fund (Not working)

    Hi everyone,

    I am sorry if this question has been answered before. Anyway, I am a returning player (EU Server) and I did not see any Family Fund in my Black Spirit Safe, and I login consecutive for 2 or 3 days, but the family funds never come to my Black Spirit Safe. Is this normal (do I have to login and stay in-game for a set period of time)? Or do I have to open a ticket for it? If so, please show me how.
