    Hello can someone help me i'm new to this game
    i cant change my family name and this notice always pop up and it getting in my way of playing specially on combat.
    already tried anything restart the game disconnect etc.

    im also new and that happend to me aswell just try other names. the name you are trying to set is probably taken but "check availability" is busted in my experience
