Faster Cast speed dont work for me

    Hi, i have cleric 55lvl and when i use Greater Awakening Scroll i have same Cast Speed 1.0 why i have this bug ?? please help me

    It will show that always. Its a visual bug, doesn't mean that is not working.

    I find that also weird. It don't count as casting on my cleric either :S
