    Being thick is one thing but If you know you are a overweight, set up a workout program and start dieting. It's your responsibility to maintain your body, don't do it for someone or for looks, do it for your health and for your own sake.

    you need to see the video, she told the jury she killed her nephew but it wasn't like that. Her sister beat her son so bad she caused him breathing problems and died later while asleep, and the fat lady blamed herself to let her sister walk away and be with her sons.

    Oh well I saw that 1:20 minute video and didn't pay too much attention, this was a joke though.


    Well about the fat, it's sick and people really need to take care, I couldn't agree more with you. But however like the girl said, suicide in that situation is the wrong choice it is maybe the easiest but the wrong one. I also think that it is really disturbing how the girl looks and that they had to break the wall to get her out and everything. One thing though, what's the most disturbing thing is that there are many fat and thick people out there that really don't even bother it, they have just said okay and live with that, which in my opinion is a big mistake. I try to work out on my body as much as I can and keep it in shape, I love the feeling after a good gym or a training and I just couldn't watch myself in the mirror every day as I don't like. :)

    In my personal opinion, committing suicide takes balls. So I wouldn't blame no one if they opt for suicide in that situation, at least I would commit suicide I don't mind pulling the trigger, its easy and it would end my misery in a matter of seconds.

    wow... I'm 177 cm and I weight 155 Lbs, its my military standard weight and you should start dieting if you really want to grow healthy man, you can get cardiac problems in the future. Is not that hard once you set up a schedule and try sleeping 8 hours a day or more, staying awake late night makes you hungry.

    I'm 183cm and 153 lbs.. I guess I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum where I need to work out more, LOL. (And gain a little muscle, that is)

    There is such thing as too fat, and there is also such thing as too skinny.

    i was in the military 4 years ago and my weight is 70.i running my business on my own and i juz hav a good 2 or 3 hours of sleep.it cant be helped.

    dude, I went to the gym for nearly 6 months and didn't see any muscle mass till I bought a GMC muscle weight protein, I saw a big big change.

    I am fat but part of me can't really help it.

    ~ My dads side of the family is just big in general and I got a lot of stuff from my dads side, and I also got the weight, though none of us have health problems. [I also got big boobs...]

    ~ My medication also causes weight gain. I do try to work it of but I've just hit a point where i'm not loosing or gaining.

    ~ I only eat 2 meals a day. I usually skip the morning even though that's the part I should eat. I dunno when I eat in the morning I get more hungry through the day than if I don't. Hell all I had today is supper.

    I'm 5 foot 2, 190 and I can't loose a damn thing because of my family and my medication. The least I can do is just keep working out and eating healthy. Though I don't really care about my weight. If someone is going to judge me on my appearance and not on how I act and whats on the inside then I don't want to be friends with them. And also i'm not fat to where my belly bulges out of my clothes or my thighs are sagging, I still walk walmart and run up and down our stairs, and my clothes fit perfectly fine.

    And another thing is that...everyone that is not abnormally skinny in america is obese XD. No matter what you are doctors say your to fat. Like my sister whose 16, is 5 foot 6 or something and weighs about 120 is apparently fat and she looks like a beanpole.

    if beastie read this he will be angry trust me, there is no excuse to be fat (no offense of course). Not eating is not the trick to loose weight, all you gotta do is diet. Eliminate sodas, juices, energy drinks in fact everything that contains sugar. Eat fiber and everything in low fat nothing fried and include vegetables in your food. Drink water with every one of your foods and in between and trust me you'll loose weight in 90 days with this stupid trick. Workout at least 30 minutes a day is not that hard.

    Its also in your diet as well i guess, but i didn't require supplements as the gym fee was more than enough and its nice to go natural, i don't see how you didn't gain muscle mass in 6 whole months, lol.

    Did you work out often? Did you move onto more reps or heavier weights? Wot exursizes u doin?

    bench press, chest dip, cable crossover, barbell row etc etc. I don't remember all of them but I used to make a 4 day routine and without supplements I was strong as an ox but I didn't gain any muscle mass. As a matter of fact my body was still at 19% of body fat. I needed protein in my body to gain muscle mass, when I stopped going to the gym I grew titties and now I'm back in shape but with only military PT.

    Trust me I've tried, I have tried tons of diets, walking a half a mile a day, I went on a diet and worked out, I lost about 20 pounds in 1 year. Hell I even tried the carb diet -and that worked better-

    Sure I may be overweight, and not attractive to some people out there, but I've come to terms in living with and maintaining my weight. I'm not as afraid of my body as I used to be. And I am staying healthy. Like I said, I do use portion control, I eat healthier things, more fruits and veggies, I make sure to get up and do something for at the least 20 minuets a day, -mainly jump rope-. And unless its a special occasion the only thing I drink now is milk or water.

    I may still be fat, even with my daily routine, but I still am as healthy as one in my weight class, every time I go in for my annual physical, hell last time my cholesterol was the lowest its ever been, I can't really remember what it was but they said it was in the healthy range. Sure I may die and people will call me fat or overweight,but at least I can say I died with respect for my body and not having that urge to look like the victoria secrete models. I love my body because its just who I am.

    yeah.after i finish high school.it was under goverment program.6 meals a day but its just for 3 months.

    satan is right.u dnt need supplements.the shape will form after the excess fat gone.i look a little bit like beastie but nt solid like him though.
