FATAL ERROR: Send crash report to administrator is not solved

Ok so GamezBDO is in my appdata local folder but not my roaming i think for some reason the launcher might need to be updated due to the fact it seems to crash when trying to make the roaming folder thus not even being able to open. Or i get this The type initializer for _MZbznmKByRUNdaCwUYJKd7x2chH threw an exception
the application is termainating i really want to play this version of the game but so far have not been able to.
