Fatal Error. Solution not working

I am getting the exact same error that is listed in the common problems and solutions but the solution for the problem is not working.

I have followed the fix and I have gone to the Local and Roaming files under AppData and I have deleted everything in the Gamezbd Local folder. There is nothing written under Roaming for Gamezbd (Show hidden files is on and hide system files is off).

First time install. I open the launcher. It updates quickly. I get the pop-up saying I need to specify the game files under settings. I click ok and it gives the 49. Fatal Error! Send crash report to administrator? pop-up.

I have also tried to add the Gamezbd folder to my anti-virus exclusions.

Update: Nevermind. Seems like using a VPN fixed it
