Fatal Violent Ego, where to get it?

    As title,


    I searched the entire forum, well, I found some thread related to it but I couldnt get the mats.Went to DP and Killed anuhart seneschal and other anuhart mobs according to aiondatase. Been farming for approx 1 and half hour and couldnt find 1 fatal violent ego, is it bugged? or? :ninja:
