Fear bugged!!!

since like 5 days ago i have seem something... its the fear... when u are in a pvp and u get feared u cant attack right but when the effect of fear pass ... u still cant do ANY SKILL so it sucks! because u cant do anything!... i hope the gm can fix it ty

 

This is a known bug.
How it happens? When you are in a transformation, such as Candies Transformations or even Mau Form, and you get Fear, Sleep, CoR, etc. You won't be able to do any skill even after the debuff is gone. To fix it and be able to fight back again, you have to Remove your Transformation.
Relogging also fix, but removing the mau form or candy it's the faster way in middle battle.
I hope this get fixed soon too. And sorry for the inconvenient.

 

On addition what cami says... if you port also fix the bug but as stated above faster for you to remove the tranformation...
