    So will be taken any action against fear or not?
    im full abg chain +15 hamer/shield all manastones magic resist +14 (2260 mr)... and i get perma fear by rank 9 sm's..... and its normal ? its no way to evade this fkin skill.... and u will be pwned as tissue paper.....

    now i know like xxxx pro sms will post here theyr bs... about this skill it works how it have to work... its fkin bs.... now server is so inbalance... everywhere u go sms sms sms sms....

    i dont say remove this skill... but reduce landing rate... so ppl "SOMETIMES" will be able to resist it....

    It seems like their is something currently wrong with CC skills as they are acting screwy. They don't seem to get resisted at all from what players have been saying lately. I can only guess that the devs are working on it currently.

    Agree, I just met an SM on my temp with like 2k MR and that guy hitted me for like 3k each attack + his fears always hitted me lol

    MR works fine, it's CC type of skills that are bugged and ignore MR, such as roots and fear of course..
