Feathers

Hello,

I'm trying here because apparently it's difficult to take 30 seconds to respond on Discord and answer a simple question, which I think might be of interest to many people. What is the percentage of +9 to +10 for a feather? Why do some people have +15 feathers, yet it's almost impossible to reach level 10? Why is it so unbalanced?

My experience is very hard to reach +6 up. Maybe u have many feathers and serum just to have +10 up
