[Feedback] How are we, the GMs, doing?

The reason why this thread was revived is prety obvious... It's GMs' after school lessons to improve themselves and stop failing so often.

I thought the drama fest in public was over but yet Sanctus made sure to remind me that it's not over yet and atked personally at his colleague GM Trustfire.

Yes, very mature to open a thread about yourself and ask for adiveces, feed us all with lies and them strike again and blame Trust for deleting posts which insulted him. As I can recall, you did close my thread when people started to discuss about your wrong point of view, wiped wat you wanted and then like a good boi (-u try so hard to be-) you opened it. U also critisiced Oplay for posting in that thread and deleted his posts coz u like actikng like the lil God u are here. Of course, all these happened the last week in that thread, everything is forgotten because dear Alente made sure to disract people's attention by making his fail coffee thread...

Honestly, u cannot realize that we don't want ur freaking drama in public, can u?

 

I might agree on your statements but I was not able to read those deleted posts and the whole thread that you are talking about. So ill keep out of this.

Anyway, if the AMs are criticized for something they should consider it as a challenge and not act like little gods from hell, deleting/closing/infracting the thread starters. Criticisms is way too different from flaming specially if it was delivered in civilized way.

 

This thread wasn't made about any specific GM >.> This is a thread from months ago made that effects every single GM (note: GM - not CEO xD) on Gamez that people want to give feedback on

How can you call this as spamming when this is a feedback thread created for the sole purpose of getting some lessons from this community on what they think and take not of it for the improvement of your performance.

What you would like to us to do, keep blind of the things that is happening around here?

And for ur info I was refering to ur buddy's thread that he made. He is so special that he needed his own thread where he could feed people will lies. I thought Sanctus was a mature GM who keeps his word but once again I was wrong. Maybe it's ur hormones problem Sanctus that makes u to change ur mind 100times per day? :sideways:

If u think that Trust is abusing his powers here then u should trust me when Ima telling u that u have seen nothing yet...

after i came back, major thumbs up. the newer ones especially are extremely helpful.
it seems like the older ones have some sort of semi celebrity status here... and because im sure a ton of people suck up to them, they have to be caution as far as who's real and who's just tryin to get some gm poontang.

I have no problem with you giving feedback on a single GM just it seemed you were referring to the whole thread as if it was Sanctus' thread my apologies for the misunderstanding then, and no I won't ask you to kiss ass at all.

Bait or not at the very least, powerless person on this community like me gets a chance to voice out opinions for the AMs and the server.

 

I don't have any problems with GMs or AMs or DEVs of Gamez Aion. It appears that a lot of people do lately though, and its been pretty consistent. Some of you with complaints should not only think about the actions of the staff, but who hired the staff in the first place.

It seems the server is the best server out there so they are obviously doing something good, right?

If the new staff being hired is continuously causing problems and being accused of corruption, then maybe the administration is to blame for not being involved in the community enough and allowing the staff to abuse their power.

But again, I am not saying any of this is fact and I'm not pointing fingers at anyone.

Please, just remember this server is offered to you for free. Do not expect perfection. Don't expect anything. Just play and have fun, if you don't have fun, please just leave.

Most of all, the biggest point I want to make, is that people just need to not take themselves and this game so serious. Just have fun. How much does all this really matter anyway? Have you sat back and thought about the big picture for a moment?

If the staff or administration lets you down and causes you problems and grief, then just quit, stop the drama and crying for the good of the community. At the least, take a break for a few weeks/months. Quit until you feel you can join the server again and start having some fun. If this game is your life.. then maybe you are the problem, and you need to find yourself something else to do that gives you happiness.

 

I think you are doing a good job. Just a little bit event-inactivity on lumiel. But that could be me and my timezone

 

yall are doing fine i know what a pain in the ass it can be sometimes :3 i wish my apartment complex didnt catch on fire so i would still be in the team :3~~~ but great job <3 nyaa !

 

If I may complain a bit, I was stuck near the abyss gate in morheim for about 10 min getting pked over and over again 'cause that's where I spawned and I couldn't get away. If the game server was "great" and the gms were doing "great" this kind of thing wouldn't happen, but it's still the best server I can find. Unfortunately right now the best is only "pretty good." Firion should be talked to about abusing these kinds of "opportunities" btw.

 

Sanctus biased to the point of the extreme and even gave me an incorrect infringement.


I have proof to those statements too.

 

All Gms are great ..very helpful to all......

 

It's called an infraction.

And this is not a QQ thread, it's a feedback thread. If you want to criticize, do it constructively. If you'd like to report power abuse take it to PMs and discuss it with Karissa/Alente

 

More events please.
