fenris's quest problem

    so here is my problem
    i got to the part where i need to take a crafting skill to 449 which i have now the problem is that i need to craft hot heart of magic an every design i got from the crafting masters are elyos only and i can't learn them so i can craft them.ok so thats my problem hope some one can help me

    need some help pls
