Fertilizer doesn't share over an area​

Bug Description:

Hi,
on the retail Server can you use 1 fertilizer in the middle of a block from 3x3 fences, and all get the boost, but here you have to stay in every fence, they don`t share it.
It should spread over, same for Water, but I didn't tested Water, because its not worth.​

How to reproduce/proof:

get 2 or more fences and try to share the fertilizer over them all.


Info: You can have up to 10 fences if I'm not wrong (I have 10, 9 small 1 big) . Using a fertilzer starts a 5sec cooldown... 1 usage of a normal fertilizer give... 10-15% so... it takes very very long ​
