File Converter (Customization templates): file type not allowed

    Hello,

    I tried to convert a preset from retail format, but it didn't work.
    I'm getting this message: "File type is not allowed."

    How am I supposed to fix the problem? I'm 100% sure this is an official preset created with the Black Desert Online client (EU).

    send the preset here, in the case bdo has changed the file again kolka will need to update it on the webtool to be able to work again.

    If the preset was created after the Retail Patch of November 18, it won't work due to incompatibility between build versions.

    I can't say for sure if I created them after the retail patch, but I suppose it can be that. Hope you will get it fixed soon!
