    Bug Description:
    Filtering is disabled due to weather being disabled but it is needed in order to complete the quest http://bddatabase.net/us/quest/2100/63/, which will give you access to getting skilled knowledge for heating from the npc http://bddatabase.net/us/quest/3208/3/

    Is it possible to get knowledge for filtering?
    We need it to advance and do pure crystals, specially after Kolka said that Alchemy stones were fixed and are comming on next update.    ​
