i don't understand where is the prove that he got hacked?

 

I suggest SS it with the scroll is fully scrolled down

 

but if ur friend is really hacked by somebody then it will fall to "human error" case, and sadly sir were not refunding those cases. But we can ban the player who hacked the account if u will know or have enough evidence to that player.

 

2 things may happen.

if he was hack, then an investigation will happen in searching for the hacker [odds are low and would take a lot of time] and its your fault. not gamez ^^ so BB items.
if it was a bug, then he will need to provide a history of bought items, which he did, but the way he bought it is hmmm interesting.

 

what do you mean human erro?

 

get the chatlogs! this will prove some trading......

 

if your not refuding well atlease trace the last trade and ban his IP forever please!hope you understand it's not easy to get hack

 

chat logs on the PC where u last log in your account...lol i think somebody know your account and password.......

 

We will surely banned the hacker if we/you can trace him/her.. but try to look at ur chatlog, or if ure in an internet cafe scan all the chatlogs of the PC there, maybe u will get sumthing, but not 100% sure.

 

i am not accusing you or your cuz of something. but there was like an itemshop fix that wiped out all the items bought at the itemshop by using a certain bug. i heard lots of people who QQ about it ingame when the fix was implemented. just saying.

PS: the fix was: all items bought using the bug were deleted (item disappeared)

u give proof why is he the hacker.....dont just point and accuse somebody.......
