Solved Fine crit strike scroll

Hello again, dear people.
I have come across a problem, that is quite irritating to me, considering fact that I am quite a newbie. Namely, as a chanter, I finally decided to get some scrolls that would increase my crit strike rate, coz like, why not? I have visited NPC Grad in Pande, the one that sells recipes/designs, bought 'fine crit strike scroll' design, learnt it, and that's the point my troubles started at. After opening alchemy options, I read that one of materials needed is Opal Powder, therefore I bought design to create one. Design said that I need Opal Ore in order to create Opal Powder - so, as I am very clever person, I googled Opal Ore and using aiondatabase site (idk if I can paste link, so...) I checked what mobs can drop it. Aiondatabase said that I could loot it from "Ruthless Manduri Brawler" "Ancient Glacial Agrint" - but after wasting a bit of time to reach theirs spawn and after killing quite a few of em, I got exact number of "0" Opal Ores, and, assuming drop rate on server, I should have dropped at least one or two long time ago.

Any answer will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Edited: Haha it's quite awkward, but totally accidently I found out I can gather em from "Opal", right next to spawns of mobs that were supposed to drop em - therefore I am sorry for trashing forums and thanks to everyone who even thought of helping!

 

Hi, if the drop is not working, try to gather them, i'll try to figure out why they are not dropping. The locations to gather them you can find here.

 

Oh if you can fix drops, I have another question - I wanted to drop godstone that is supposed to drop in Dark Poeta

Yeah love, ores and things like that are gathered from their corresponding ores/plants/etc found around Atreia.
This is a full map list with where to gather the ore, with it obviously being easier to collect in Katalam and Danaria, but as I saw from your edit, I'm sure you've already figured it out.

Any other time you want to see where to gather or collect a certain material, you can use aiondatabase and check links similar to the one I sent you.
Some are also obtained through morphing, but don't make this your main source of obtaining mats since some mats like the new 4.7 ones can only be obtained through direct collection and cannot be morphed.

As for the godstones; the godstone drops were changed long ago. Don't look at aion database for what drops it because the mobs that are said to drop it do not have a higher chance than others. Godstones can drop from almost anything, but I found out that instances' elite mobs have a higher chance (but still low).

Edit: I did go ingame and check, and @Dementa and I think that the 10% godstone in particular won't drop ingame >.< I went to a couple mobs and didn't see it on the drop list. You're quite the unlucky person

 

Yeah well as this is answered and OP has found his opals I will close but I will also say I just //dropinfo'd those mobs and yeah they don't drop opals at all. A lot of mobs do not drop what is specified on the database because of world drops and some droplists being partial/incomplete (though they still drop most important things).

And to add - 10% godstones do not drop.
