    As of the moment you can't open that since you would get a random weapon, only single item bundles can be exchanged, but Purell started to try to open some bundles earlier. Try to PM him

    You don't need to wait for a HGM to open these bundles (sleek hovercycle), it's mostly SAMs work. Just contact a SAM to help you out.
