Fix The Kisk Bug Please!!!!!!

For the last week or two any new characters that have been made cannot register to any kisk at all. Since i newly made a templar i cant bind to the kisks. And for someone like me who is completely pvp driven and is looking for it non-stop it pisses me off. This is personally imo the first bug that should be fixed, Its giving an unfair advantage to the old characters who can register to kisks. Please fix it. I want to be able to play properly. Im not willing to go rifting into beluslan or anywhere else because if i die i have 10 minutes worth of running just to get back. And thats only if i dont get killed on the way.

Please fix this bug. Im sure many people will agree with me. Its making pvp harder and its also giving the server a really bad reputation with new people. I like this server but i dont like the fact that we have major bugs like this one. If problems continue to arise with each server crash you will lose more and more people until there is nobody left.
