Unable to damage wild horses​

Bug Description:

I tried to damage wild horses that spawned near Calpheon, Glish, and Duvencrune so far, but couldn't damage them.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Steps,
1. Go to horse spawn location (I believe any horse spawns are the same)
2. Attempt damage any horse, either when its standing still, running, or quick stop
3. The horses will only keep running instead of getting hit by attacks.​

 

That is probably disabled killing horses. That is not a bug.
