Bug Description:

Unable to learn the knowledge "Stargazing Report: Camel" (https://bdocodex.com/us/theme/6757/) from NPC "Nerasabi Alom" (https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/45001/1/) after getting enough amity.

Chat > Choosing the "Stargazing Report: Camel" option under "Interact" will just trigger the next option for buff exchange "The one destined to obtain [Strength]", without paying "Gold Bar 1G x5".​

How to reproduce/proof:

Steps,
1. Get above 300 amity of NPC "Nerasabi Alom" (https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/45001/1/)
2. Talk again to the same NPC
3. Choose Chat > "Stargazing Report: Camel" under Interact
4. Knowledge isn't learn, and nothing seems to be happen after conversation
5. However, if you Exit from NPC, you will be able to see there are two buffs given, "All AP +5" and "All Accuracy +3" both for 120 minutes
6. The knowledge "Stargazing Report: Camel" isn't learn still
7. You can repeat the above again without limitation, making it an unlimited free buff​

 

Fixed in [Update] 03/13/2020 - Fixed can't complete some quests due incorrect dialog order (example: Main Quests from Black Spirit)
