Flight speed cap error

    Hi,

    I'm having issues with my flight speed where I'm not being able to hit the 16.0 speed cap even with my gear and scrolls.

    i read in another post a similar issue and the person seemed to realise what he needed to do but it was closed without an official answer.

    did you make all the abyss entry quests ??

    its maybe because of that, because you become a skill that make your flight speed faster.
