Floating Quickbar problem. :/

Greetings AMs and everyone.
I'm having a serious problem with my 2 Extra Quickbars. I don't know if someone is having same problem or there's a thread with this issue already so i'm sorry if I'm a waste of time and space

As you can see, i encircled 2 of my floating quickbar. the 1st Extra Quickbar have the same skills occupied with those 2 floating quickbar. This is my problem. Whenever i put different skills on either of those 3 quickbars, all 3 would change. It's stays identical. T.T I really don't know how to fix this. huhu it's been months since i stopped playing and i just played back today. And this aion folder i'm using now is from a friend of mine. I deleted my previous aion folder coz it's having many problems and it won't run.
I don't know why i'm experiencing this problem.

can anyone help me? T.T Or if you have fix please share it to me. huhuh my skills aren't enough for only those 4 quickbars.

Change the number on the bar...you see the 1? change it to another thats not being used.

See how mine are numbered 1 2 and 3?
