Fly Everwhere? Rifting?

    Why is it that it says this is a fly everywhere server, yet not everyone can fly? i see some people fly in Pandamonium, I cannot. I used to be able to fly everywhere, now we cannot. What happened to the Beluslan Rift levels, its all sub 40s in a 40-50 zone..... PLSSSSSSS fix the rifts and flight.....

    nowhere is free fly atm except for the abyss/reshanta. The people u see flying in main cities are bug abusers and shud be jailed. But i think Alente is working on a fix to make heiron/beluslan free fly again
