flying allowed again?

    i was searching around forum and didnt find anything about, it was common last night, but now i just logged to pk in heiron, and well i saw some people opening wings (elyos) in front of us, and then i tought we could fly in that place so i opened wings and it worked we killed them, and well, i realised we can open wings in any place in heiron today, did they allowed it again or just a bug cause server crashed?
